Shipping Policy

We sell and ship to the United States and Canada.  If you have any problems getting a shipping rate while checking out use the contact form to send me a note.

Calculated Shipping

Shipping rates for some items are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination. 

Free Shipping

Some items have free shipping and are specifically tagged. If your order qualifies for free shipping, you may be able to select various delivery methods. If the chosen free shipping method you select costs substantially more than other methods, we will use a less expensive method regardless of what you chose. For example, if you order one set of pegs and select USPS Priority Mail for free shipping, we will change that to USPS First Class Mail because Priority Mail may cost more than the entire order!

Shipping Date

Some of our products are handmade to order. On the product pages, the number of business days is shown below the price to indicate when the products will be completed and shipped. When your order ships, you will get an email with a tracking number link that you can click to see when your order is expected to arrive.

Arrival Date 

This table shows the approximate amount of time it will take to arrive at your door from the time your order is shipped. Note that the days are business days, Monday through Friday and that these estimates apply only to shipments within the United States.

Currently, we only ship via USPS.

International Orders

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International Mail. Arrival time is difficult to estimate. Generally, your order should arrive within 2 weeks. For instance, when shipping to Canada, USPS will hand off the package to Canada Post at the border and USPS tracking system becomes invalid at that point.

Signature Confirmation

Note that our shipments do not normally require signature confirmation. If the total price of the order is over $150, we will most likely require a signature confirmation. If you want signature confirmation, please leave a note when you check out or send email to request it.
